Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every stroll to be a great experience. Our booking terms:

• Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable, but please reach out — we'll do our best to reschedule you onto another departure.
• Weather: if we cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions, you'll always receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice. Tours run rain or shine in light weather.
• No-shows (missing your tour without notice) are non-refundable.
• Self-guided map access is a digital product and is non-refundable once your access has started.

To cancel or reschedule, reply to your booking confirmation email or contact info@streetartstroll.com. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

By booking a tour or purchasing map access from Street Art Stroll, you agree to these terms.

The experience

Our tours are guided walking tours through Denver's RiNo Art District — roughly 90 minutes and about a mile and a half over public sidewalks and streets, outdoors and largely flat. Routes, start times, and stops may change due to weather, construction, road closures, or mural availability.

Participation & safety

• You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. Please wear comfortable footwear, stay aware of traffic, and follow your guide's instructions.
• You are responsible for your own safety and belongings, and for any minors or pets in your party.
• We may ask disruptive or unsafe participants to leave a tour without a refund.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Street Art Stroll is not liable for injury, loss, or damage occurring during a tour. Participation is at your own risk.

Photography

We may photograph or record tours for promotional use. If you'd prefer not to appear in our photos, just let your guide know at the start of the tour.

Intellectual property

The Street Art Stroll mural map, our photographs, artist write-ups, curated walk order, and site content are the property of Street Art Stroll and may not be copied, scraped, redistributed, or used to build a competing product. All murals remain the copyright of their respective artists.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run your booking, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Booking details you provide: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Payment information is entered on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment processing.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your booking and map access.
• To send your confirmation, meeting details, and any updates about your tour (emails are delivered via Resend).
• To contact you if we need to reschedule or reach you about your visit.

Sharing

We share your information only with the services that make your booking work — Stripe for payments and Resend for email. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

The mural map

Anonymous mural check-in counts are aggregate only and contain no personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@streetartstroll.com. We keep booking records only as long as needed for our business and legal obligations.
